Job Summary

Lead and develop a high-performing Client Exec team within Aon's Entertainment segment, driving portfolio performance, growth strategy and client outcomes. Own pipeline development, conversion and retention across the portfolio, manage key client relationships, and provide expert advisory on complex coverage and programme design. Drive insurer engagement, negotiations and pricing outcomes while aligning product strategy with market demand.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a team of Client Executives, building capability and driving performance
•Own pipeline development, conversion and retention across the Entertainment portfolio
•Manage key client relationships and provide expert advice on complex coverage and programme design
•Lead insurer engagement and negotiations to deliver optimal coverage and pricing outcomes
•Support product development and portfolio strategy to align with market demand and growth objectives

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in general insurance across multiple commercial lines
•Proven ability to manage complex placements and structure bespoke insurance programmes
•Experience leading or mentoring teams in a client-facing environment
•Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across clients, carriers and internal teams
•Tier 1 qualified, with a Diploma of Insurance Broking preferred
