Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the overall security department (event and 24-hour) to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
  • •Coordinate with General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure security policies, procedures, and applicable laws are followed.
  • •Monitor, screen, and authorize entrances and departures of employees, visitors, vendors, and other persons to prevent theft and violations.
  • •Investigate and resolve security complaints; write reports documenting daily activities and irregularities.
  • •Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and discipline security staff; schedule assignments and conduct meetings and audits to meet Global Security standards.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or equivalent preferred.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in a similar security role; Guard Card is a plus in certain states.
