Security Manager - Leader Bank Pavilion (Seasonal)

Manage the venue’s event and 24-hour security operations to ensure guest, employee, artist, and venue safety. Partner with General Manager and Operations Manager to implement security policies and comply with laws and regulations. Oversee access control, patrols, incident investigations, reporting, and audits, while recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising security staff to maintain order and protect property.
