Provide advanced technical support for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of facility EHS programs. Serve as a subject matter expert to ensure compliance with EHS regulatory requirements and company standards, drive safety culture, and support operational excellence. Lead inspections and audits, manage compliance records, facilitate EHS training, oversee incident investigations and corrective actions, and analyze EHS performance data to continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the development, enhancement, and execution of site-specific EHS programs, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
•Manage core EHS areas including Confined Space, Hazard Communication, Waste Management, Stormwater, Ergonomics, and Emergency Response.
•Facilitate EHS training for new hires and employees to ensure understanding and adherence to requirements.
•Lead EHS inspections and audits; identify improvement needs and oversee corrective actions, including incident investigations and root cause analysis.
•Monitor and document EHS compliance obligations and performance data; manage internal/external stakeholder activities and EHS committee engagement.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
•4-7 years of relevant experience in occupational safety, health, and environmental management.
•Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, especially heavy industrial settings.
•Strong understanding of EHS management system standards, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with EHS data management platforms preferred.
