Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end logistics and material expediting for major equipment packages supporting utility-scale renewable energy projects.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers on production schedules, manufacturing progress, technical deliverables, shipment planning, and equipment deliveries.
  • •Identify and mitigate supply chain, production, logistics, trade compliance, and transportation risks to minimize impacts to project milestones.
  • •Lead supplier expediting through progress review meetings, performance tracking, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
  • •Coordinate transportation planning and execution, including domestic and international shipments, port operations, customs clearance, warehousing, and final delivery to project sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Construction, Project Management, or related disciplines.
  • •3+ years managing logistics, transportation, material expediting, or supply chain operations for utility-scale renewable energy, power generation, transmission, industrial, or large capital projects.
  • •Proven experience coordinating supplier manufacturing schedules and executing equipment delivery execution.
  • •Strong knowledge of international trade compliance and customs regulations, including UFLPA, AD/CVD, and country-of-origin/import/export requirements.
