Job Summary

Support ASMO’s performance management efforts by developing and maintaining performance metrics aligned to strategic objectives and KPIs across functions and projects. Serve as a super user for performance management systems, ensure timely data entry, and generate regular performance reports for leadership. Assist with benchmarking, improve data quality and accuracy, and support performance management training. Use SQL and advanced Power BI (Power Query, DAX, modeling, visualization, and Power BI Service), plus SharePoint and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the Performance Management & Analytics Senior Manager to develop and maintain performance metrics aligned with ASMO’s strategic objectives.
•Act as a super user in performance management systems to monitor timely entry of required data.
•Define KPIs and metrics across functions and projects and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
•Establish processes for monitoring and reporting performance against KPIs and targets, generating regular reports for leadership.
•Support benchmarking, performance management training delivery, and keep up with industry best practices; also use SQL and Power BI to support TEAM needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent field from a recognized and accredited university.
•7 years of experience in a similar role.
•Good knowledge of Office tools and advanced MS Office (Excel).
•Good command in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Automate.
•Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English and Arabic.
