Key Responsibilities

  • •Check LC/SBLC and related documents against UCP/ISBP/ISP and applicable ICC guidelines and internal bank policies.
  • •Perform sanctions checking of relevant parties and handle commodity trade operation documents.
  • •Input documents into the system and prepare SWIFT for advising.
  • •Serve as a final checker for import/export bill documents and ensure consistency across checkers.
  • •Share error/knowledge gaps from rejected documents with the line manager/team and coordinate with onshore units to ensure seamless client delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in Trade Operations, with 3-4 years of trade experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • •High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
