Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary HR point of contact during night shifts, handling and closing HR requests, concerns, attendance matters, and incidents.
  • •Monitor and manage attendance, absenteeism, leaves, and late/early arrivals for night-shift employees, keeping HRMS records accurate.
  • •Support employee requests for HR, attendance, leave, HRMS, documents, badges, and shifts; escalate items outside delegated authority.
  • •Receive and document HR incidents during the night shift, assess urgency, and escalate critical matters to the appropriate contacts.
  • •Maintain confidential employee files, issue approved HR letters and employment documents, coordinate badges/access requests, and support onboarding/offboarding as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • •2–3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, employee services, or office administration.
  • •Strong judgment and the ability to work independently during night shifts with limited supervision.
  • •High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and working knowledge of HRMS platforms and attendance/leave processes.
