Recruiter II, Field Recruiting

Develop and execute recruiting strategies to support CarMax’s field hiring needs across multiple markets. Independently run the end-to-end hiring process—from requisition posting and interviews to offer recommendations—while guiding hiring managers on consistent, fair selection methods. Serve as the primary candidate contact, manage candidate workflow in the applicant tracking system, and use recruiting/market data to improve outcomes and candidate experience.
