Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee a team of engineers and support staff to maintain and repair building envelopes, systems, equipment, infrastructure, and grounds.
  • •Oversee chiller plants and critical infrastructure supporting sites, data centers, and critical spaces.
  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and support continuous, safe operations.
  • •Manage preventative maintenance programs, including creating and maintaining an annual service calendar, and maintain CMMS records of maintenance activity and costs.
  • •Coordinate and oversee annual LAFD REG4 testing; monitor Tridium N4 building automation systems to optimize energy and performance while reporting alarms and operational impacts.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and 10+ years of experience in building engineering or facilities operations/critical infrastructure.
  • •Working knowledge of Class A commercial building operations and applicable fire/life safety testing requirements, including Los Angeles REG 4 where relevant.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency maintaining, troubleshooting, and coordinating repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building automation systems (BAS).
  • •Knowledge of applicable building codes, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and energy efficiency practices.
  • •Valid state Class C Driver’s License.
