Lead end-to-end delivery of user-centric digital products within the client digital unit, shaping outcomes and decisions across one or more products. •Define, prioritize, and maintain a ready backlog for a cross-functional product team, focusing on achieving defined outcomes.
•Manage deliverables and capabilities, including experimentation, to measure performance and adjust the product roadmap.
•Translate business strategies into execution-ready Agile team work; define team goals and strategy aligned to vision and stakeholders.
•Serve as the voice of the end-user by proactively seeking customer feedback and ensuring acceptance criteria are met.
•Optimize value flow with objectives and KPIs, remove roadblocks, and share best practices across teams to improve ways of working.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in digitization and digital project delivery.
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
•Mobile/online UI/UX experience and a strong technical mobile/online skillset.
•Good knowledge and experience in Agile delivery.
•Solid track record in business requirements and technical implementation.
