•Assist with managing client relationships and team collaboration and communication.
•Create detailed project plans and drawings using architectural software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
•Ensure project compliance with building codes, standards, regulations, and integrate sustainable design principles.
•Mentor and guide junior team members and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams; present design ideas to clients and stakeholders. On occasion, travel to sites to review conditions, construction progress, and punch lists.

•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or related) plus 4 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency.
•Licensed Architect.
•Preferred: 10+ years of relevant experience.
•Proficient with Revit and experience with AutoCAD; familiarity with tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Rhino, Enscape, SketchUp, or similar visualization tools.
•Working knowledge of building codes/standards and construction, with ability to complete code studies and develop construction documents and project specifications.
