Key Responsibilities

  • •Make engineering decisions balancing safety, reliability, cost, capacity, and operational efficiency.
  • •Lead analysis, design, and continuous improvement of DIW/UPW, IWW, and reclaim/reuse utility systems.
  • •Provide technical support for system operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident response.
  • •Develop and maintain system documentation including P&IDs, process flow diagrams, operating procedures, and sequences of operation.
  • •Lead capital/expense projects for upgrades and expansions from concept through startup and handoff, coordinating design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field.
  • •5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
  • •Strong background in UPW/DIW and Industrial Wastewater unit processes for semiconductor facilities including design, maintenance, or operations.
  • •Experience with water purification systems (DIW/UPW, reverse osmosis, ion exchange) and industrial wastewater treatment or reclaim/reuse systems.
  • •Advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and FMEA/reliability engineering experience.
