Job Summary

Lead regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) across ASEAN, aligning demand, supply, and capacity through monthly governance and scenario planning. Drive end-to-end supply chain excellence and efficiency transformations, including KPI frameworks, digital roadmaps, and multi-echelon inventory optimization (MEIO). Oversee supply management, master data governance, purchase and inventory replenishment cycles, and distribution strategy to improve service reliability and cost-to-serve.

Key Responsibilities

•Orchestrate monthly regional S&OP meetings and align Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
•Validate RCCP outputs against S&OP demand and build capacity models based on plant/DC constraints and production calendars.
•Lead supply chain excellence and E2E efficiency initiatives, including KPI governance, digitalization/automation, and inventory & working capital optimization.
•Manage supply processes and master data governance across ASEAN, and optimize purchase and inventory replenishment cycles to maintain service levels.
•Formulate distribution strategies and act as the liaison between Sales, Finance, and Operations to align supply with business goals and external vendors.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8–15 years in Supply Chain Management, including at least 4 years leading S&OP, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Excellence initiatives in a regional, complex supply chain context.
•Deep understanding of Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and shop-floor constraints, bridging regional demand to factory execution.
•Proven experience managing complex, multi-country operations, ideally within ASEAN.
•Advanced proficiency in data modeling and supply chain analytics tools.
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business; MBA or certifications such as APICS CSCP/CPIM or PMP are highly preferred.
