Job Summary

Support FP&A forecasting and planning across a complex, high-visibility defense program area. Partner with Middle East and Asia Pacific FP&A leadership through the forecasting cadence and lead core finance routines such as Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), investment planning, and monthly reviews. Ensure data accuracy, analyze large data sets from multiple sources, and handle frequent ad-hoc requests while maintaining tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure accuracy and completeness of data used in FP&A processes.
•Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual routines including AOP, LRP, investment planning, and monthly operation, forecast, and balance sheet reviews.
•Analyze large amounts of data from various sources to support requests.
•Support frequent ad-hoc requests.
•Work with FP&A leadership and regional/functional finance leaders through the forecasting cadence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years.
•Experience with APEX, RPlan, or a similar toolset.
•Experience with Microsoft Excel.
•U.S. citizenship is required to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
•Strong ability to analyze complex financial scenarios while meeting critical deadlines and managing workload.
