Customer Service Delivery Advocate - Hartford

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers, handling safe loading/unloading, vehicle inspections, and completion of customer paperwork. Maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana CMV Driver Qualification requirements while updating thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Work rotating shifts within set daily time windows, participate in performance-based pay growth, and meet state-specific licensing/notary requirements within the first weeks or months of employment.
