Key Responsibilities

  • •Deepen consumer relationships by staying connected through onboarding and outbound calling, generating appointments, identifying partner referrals, and uncovering lending opportunities (with an emphasis on real-estate secured).
  • •Grow consumer relationships by managing assigned Top 500 customers, using marketing campaigns to inform customers, asking for referrals and advocating Refer-A-Friend, and prospecting using effective tools and techniques.
  • •Protect privacy and security by following NSF/OD and fee-retention conversations, cash handling/teller differences/dual control guidelines, audit guidelines, internal controls, and FCB policies and procedures.
  • •Drive personal development by taking ownership of development, practicing BUILD and BUILD 2.0, becoming a subject matter expert on digital products, seeking feedback, and completing required trainings.
  • •Champion customer experience by living mission/core values, ensuring timely problem resolution as the single point of contact, and supporting team development through peer coaching and role play.

Key Requirements

  • •A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding assigned goals and delivering client service.
  • •Excellent communications skills, strong relationship-building ability, and solutions-based sales skills in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • •Technologically savvy (Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, and bank systems).
  • •Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS), plus a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
