Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement corporate HR programs with the regional HR team and support regional HR project members.
  • •Consult employees and management on HR programs and processes.
  • •Oversee HR policies and programs covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, employment law, training, and organizational development.
  • •Serve as primary contact for employee relations topics including supervision, discipline, discharge, motivation, and performance evaluation procedures.
  • •Partner with hiring managers on recruiting and workforce planning/forecasting, and deliver HR tasks including payroll, benefits, and talent management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bring at least 5 years of HR experience.
  • •Hold a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • •Have preferred experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
  • •Demonstrate good English skills for business communication.
  • •Be proficient with MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and have strong communication and organizational skills.
