Job Summary

Serve as a geospatial and AEC subject-matter expert on an account team, advising customers on complex business challenges using GIS. Present and demonstrate Esri software, lead technical meetings, and translate customer needs into complex solution strategies. Build deep expertise across ArcGIS, geodatabases, and system architecture, troubleshoot deployments, and provide configuration guidance. Deliver technical and executive-ready presentations and support sales through conferences and enterprise engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Present, demonstrate, and support selling Esri software and solutions as part of the account team, leading technical meetings that drive revenue.
•Act as a technical leader and AEC/environmental consulting subject-matter expert, developing complex solutions for strategic customers.
•Proactively craft and propose GIS-based solutions that clarify customer business value and align Esri technology to customer needs.
•Design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences, providing configuration guidance and best practices for executive engagements and conferences.
•Troubleshoot client issues related to Esri application deployment and system architecture, including understanding business workflows and integration points.

Key Requirements

•Broad ArcGIS knowledge from an IT context, including hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing.
•Demonstrated experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design.
•Understanding of sales and business development processes, including troubleshooting client issues related to deployment and system architecture.
