Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of preparing, reviewing, and submitting key local and statistical regulatory reports (e.g., BISTA, AUSTA, EMISO, WPInvest, AWV, Payments Statistics, FinaRisikoV).
  • •Support the production and ongoing enhancement of FINREP and Asset Encumbrance reporting.
  • •Assess the regulatory reporting impact of new products, transactions, and regulatory developments in partnership with Finance, Risk, Business, and Technology stakeholders.
  • •Support system enhancements and regulatory reporting change initiatives, including testing and implementation activities within the BSM BAIS reporting platform.
  • •Maintain high-quality reporting documentation, procedures, and controls to ensure reporting accuracy, operational excellence, and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years’ experience in regulatory reporting within a financial institution, consultancy, or comparable regulated environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of German and European regulatory reporting requirements, including local and statistical reporting obligations.
  • •Practical experience with regulatory reporting systems, preferably BSM BAIS.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to understand complex regulatory and business requirements.
