Job Summary

Provide commercial management support to the project commercial team by optimizing commercial interests for the business. Create strategies to drive growth and profitability, manage contract negotiation and administration, and oversee budgets, financial analysis, and cost control. Conduct market research, identify and mitigate commercial risks, and track KPIs. Lead bids and proposals, manage client/stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance, and mentor a commercial team while supporting HSE initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
•Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
•Manage budgets, conduct financial analysis, and monitor financial performance for cost control and profitability.
•Conduct market research and analysis and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of commercial strategies.
•Lead bid/proposal preparation, build client/stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and mentor a team of commercial professionals.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
•2 years GCC experience is a plus.
•In-depth knowledge of construction contractual matters and quantity surveying methods, techniques, and tools for contracting.
•Excellent understanding of commercial and financial matters, including negotiation, document review, and administrative accountability.
•Advanced proficiency with MS Windows applications (Projects, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and commercial/cost management tools (CCS/Candy), plus ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
