Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery of software features, services, or platforms from discovery through deployment.
  • •Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues across squads and functions, feeding into steering board packs/logs.
  • •Provide clear stakeholder communication on progress, risks, and priorities and support data-driven forecasting.
  • •Enable teams through workshops and collaborative planning; remove impediments and coordinate multiple streams (including go-live and hyper care).
  • •Support governance, standards, compliance, audits, and release readiness; coordinate cross-team dependencies and alignment on platform-wide initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years’ experience in a senior delivery role.
  • •Proven experience delivering complex software products or platforms.
  • •Proven experience delivering complex digital transformation programmes using Agile principles.
  • •Strong understanding of agile, lean, and flow-based delivery practices.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with ability to use data/metrics and facilitate workshops/ceremonies.
