Job Summary

Plan and execute sustainment strategy for a fielded system, including on-site support, transportation, field maintenance support, material procurement, return & repair, and training/manual deliveries. Lead roadmaps for sustainment activities, drive cost and schedule performance, manage risk & opportunity processes, and support customer engagements and PMO activities. Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Global Mobility, IPT leadership, and program teams, based in Tewksbury, MA or Huntsville, AL.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute sustainment strategy for a fielded system, including on-site support, transportation, field maintenance support, procurement, return & repair, and training/manual deliveries.
•Drive performance to cost and schedule targets and resolve cost, scope, and schedule issues.
•Establish and drive roadmaps for sustainment activities and balance alignment between program and product roadmap objectives.
•Support the Risk & Opportunity process and regularly interact with the customer, including preparing proposal inputs and supporting PMO customer meetings and presentations.
•Develop and deliver advanced, system-specific training and support Integrated Product Team and Program Managers with staffing demands and long-term plans.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 8 years of relevant engineering, program, or project management experience.
•Experience with budget or financial management.
•Leadership experience.
•U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required after start.
•Demonstrated comprehensive planning skills with the ability to analyze technical and financial data and reports.
