Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide mainframe technical support for Endevor/Zowe, handling complex customer problems and questions.
  • •Analyze logs and customer environment data to diagnose root causes, troubleshoot, and advise solutions/workarounds.
  • •Follow KCS methodology to create, update, review, publish, and retire knowledge to enable customer self-service.
  • •Lead or support continuous improvement activities including brainstorming sessions and identifying training needs for the team.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders and engineering to highlight business impact and influence prioritization of defects/issues; may mentor less-experienced engineers.
