Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and steer multiple HVAC/HLK and infrastructure projects from planning to handover.
  • •Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • •Own project budgets, schedules, risks, and project documentation.
  • •Review and validate bids, cost estimates, scopes of work, and contractor performance.
  • •Conduct site walkthroughs, ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and sustainability requirements, and support commissioning and handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a comparable technical field.
  • •At least 3 years of project management experience in construction, industrial, or technical environments (experience in pharma/biotech is a plus).
  • •Strong understanding of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).
  • •Knowledge of Swiss building standards (e.g., SIA), regulatory requirements, and procurement processes.
  • •Fluent German and English with strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and ability to handle reporting and presentations.
