Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Lead Installer in installing home remodeling products according to Renuity.
  • •Help set up jobsites per the Lead Installer’s guidelines.
  • •Perform cleanup and finish work as needed to ensure a complete, high-quality jobsite.
  • •Communicate with management at the end of installations to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
  • •Complete carpentry job checklists with homeowners and handle install paperwork, including collecting final payment.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience (bath installation or carpentry experience preferred).

  • •Good communication and customer service skills to work with homeowners and team members.
  • •Physical strength and stamina to work outdoors for extended periods; lift up to 75LB.
  • •Must provide own hand tools; DOT Health Card required.
