Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete quality control reviews of newly opened and maintained consumer and non-consumer deposit accounts for all bank locations.
  • •Verify deposit account documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with federal regulations and bank policies.
  • •Perform daily maintenance for deposit accounts and ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
  • •Ensure Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements are met and maintain exception tracking checklists for missing documentation.
  • •Research and resolve documentation discrepancies, provide account support to branch personnel, and enter/verify customer and account information in the core system.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED is required; related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination) is preferred.
  • •1–2 years of banking, deposit operations, account opening, quality control, or related financial services experience is preferred.
  • •Experience reviewing deposit documentation for compliance/accuracy is a plus; experience with core banking systems is preferred.
  • •Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook).
  • •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with effective communication in person, electronically, and by phone.
