Key Responsibilities

•Provide supervisory leadership to crews and manage safety and environmental programs, compliance, budgets, and employee training.
•Operate and maintain process equipment and related assets such as pumps, vessels, heat exchangers, pipelines, compressors, engines, turbines, motors, valves, and seals.
•Install, repair, service, and maintain instrumentation and related equipment, and perform minor repairs and adjustments.
•Maintain facilities and pipeline right-of-way/gathering or storage areas, including excavating, repairing, coating, backfilling, concrete work, painting, building erection, and weed control.
•Ensure compliance and documentation by performing governmental compliance activities (e.g., OSHA, DOT, EPA), reporting/correcting safety and environmental concerns, and supporting damage prevention group as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (two- or four-year college degree preferred).
•Prior supervisory experience or at least 5 years of experience in the natural gas industry.
•Knowledge of company procedures and government regulations relevant to pipeline operations.
•Valid driver’s license; may be required to possess a commercial driver’s license and comply with commercial vehicle regulations.
•Strong leadership and communication skills, commitment to safety, basic math/computer skills, and ability to follow work rules and schedules.
