Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for earthmoving equipment and mobile/crawler cranes per OEM intervals.
•Supervise corrective repairs including engine overhauls, hydraulic cylinder rebuilds, undercarriage replacement, and crane structural/wire rope inspections.
•Lead and coordinate technicians, conduct toolbox talks, allocate daily tasks, and enforce PTW/LOTO and PPE compliance.
•Identify skill gaps and deliver hands-on training in hydraulic systems, crane inspection, load chart reading, and earthmoving diagnostics.
•Raise material requisitions for spare parts and PM kits, coordinate parts traceability, and maintain crane inspection registers with up-to-date load test certificates.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience on heavy earthmoving equipment and/or mobile cranes, plus minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
•Strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, undercarriage, and crane structural inspection.
•Ability to read OEM service manuals, hydraulic schematics, and electrical diagrams.
