Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for earthmoving equipment and mobile/crawler cranes per OEM intervals.
  • •Supervise corrective repairs including engine overhauls, hydraulic cylinder rebuilds, undercarriage replacement, and crane structural/wire rope inspections.
  • •Lead and coordinate technicians, conduct toolbox talks, allocate daily tasks, and enforce PTW/LOTO and PPE compliance.
  • •Identify skill gaps and deliver hands-on training in hydraulic systems, crane inspection, load chart reading, and earthmoving diagnostics.
  • •Raise material requisitions for spare parts and PM kits, coordinate parts traceability, and maintain crane inspection registers with up-to-date load test certificates.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience on heavy earthmoving equipment and/or mobile cranes, plus minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • •Strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, undercarriage, and crane structural inspection.
  • •Ability to read OEM service manuals, hydraulic schematics, and electrical diagrams.
