Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the researcher growth strategy, driving measurable contribution to company and segment objectives.
  • •Build programs and operating models to convert researcher engagement into commercial outcomes from first adoption through retention and cross-product expansion.
  • •Build and scale a global researcher community, including ambassador and advocacy programs, and translate engagement into adoption, pipeline, conversion, and long-term retention.
  • •Develop and optimize direct-to-researcher commercial motions; monitor channel performance against targets and act decisively on risks.
  • •Lead across a matrix organization by aligning Segment, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Commercial leaders, and define channel metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated leadership of a commercial growth function with accountability for measurable business outcomes such as revenue, pipeline, self-service growth, or customer expansion.
  • •Experience building growth engines that combine product, marketing, community, and commercial execution and translating strategy into executive-level performance.
  • •Ability to provide clear quantified results (e.g., revenue targets, growth rates, pipeline figures) tied directly to ownership.
  • •Comfort working with data to diagnose and improve growth models, using numbers to sharpen decisions.
  • •Experience building and scaling direct-to-researcher or direct-to-user growth models across product-led, subscription, or community-led contexts.
