Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with key customers to understand onboarding, KYB, and compliance workflows and translate pain points into technical solutions.
  • •Design and deploy customer-specific configurations, third-party vendor integrations, and custom data pipelines end-to-end.
  • •Bridge customer insights back to the core product team to identify patterns and help shape the roadmap.
  • •Debug production issues in real time and troubleshoot complex vendor integrations across 80+ providers.
  • •Turn one-off solutions into reusable patterns by writing internal tooling, documentation, and runbooks.

Salary: USD 115,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering experience shipping production systems used by real users.
  • •Strong backend fundamentals with proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Go, Java, Node.js).
  • •Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • •Spanish fluency required to read and write Spanish for Spanish-speaking customers.
  • •Comfort working customer-facing and translating business requirements into technical solutions (and vice versa).
