•Bachelors degree with 8+ years of underwriting experience, or High School diploma with 10+ years of underwriting experience.
•Advanced knowledge of line(s) of business and the legal and regulatory environment.
•Advanced knowledge of Auto lines of business.
•Portfolio management, underwriting, product underwriting, product development, and risk selection/pricing experience.
•Strong communication, influencing, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
