Key Responsibilities

•Own annual net new revenue targets (> $10M) and maintain disciplined oversight of pipeline health, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy.
•Personally originate, qualify, and advance complex enterprise opportunities from first conversation through contract execution.
•Secure and lead C-suite level discussions that uncover strategic priorities and position Incubeta as a growth partner.
•Structure and negotiate high-value agreements including scope architecture, pricing strategy, and performance metrics.
•Navigate procurement, legal, and executive decision processes with commercial confidence and persistence; partner with finance to protect margins.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven enterprise-level sales experience originating and closing large engagements in the $5M-$15M range.
•Strong network of senior marketing leaders (CMOs and transformation stakeholders) to access enterprise opportunities.
•Meaningful relationships within the new business consultancy ecosystem and the ability to secure inclusion in complex enterprise review processes.
•Ability to navigate procurement, legal, and executive decision processes with confidence.
•Experience in an agency/marketing environment with a track record of driving net new revenue in North America.
