Security Engineer, Incident Response

Lead technical response to security events and incidents across Twilio’s global infrastructure, services, and applications. Triage, contain, remediate, and drive post-incident improvements, while creating runbooks and SOPs to standardize incident response. Work cross-functionally with R&D teams, participate in on-call and RCAs, and help automate security processes. Use AI to enhance detection fidelity and improve threat mitigation and incident response capabilities.
