Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with stakeholders across product, engineering, and GTM teams to understand analytic needs and translate them into data engineering requirements.
  • •Design, build, and maintain resilient data infrastructure to gather data from enterprise systems, communication tools, product telemetry, and observability systems.
  • •Build a scalable platform to support Celonis as a Digital Twin and apply Celonis solutions internally.
  • •Continuously refine data engineering processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity via audit and review.
  • •Conduct in-depth analytic investigations to answer business questions and support product/engineering decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with strong focus on Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Science; Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • •10+ years relevant experience as an Analytics Engineer/Data Engineer, partnering with product, engineering, or growth teams at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • •Experience building analytic data repositories using data sources from cloud billing, product telemetry, and observability systems.
  • •Extensive experience building a scalable data stack within Databricks in an enterprise context.
  • •Hands-on experience with multi-cloud setups across GCP, AWS, and Azure; agile collaboration experience (e.g., Jira) and strong communication skills.
