Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate lot operations activities for an assigned location.
  • •Handle vehicle check-in duties, affixing identification stickers/labels and entering vehicle identification into company tracking systems.
  • •Conduct periodic scanning of vehicles to verify assigned inventory and ensure proper order for sale.
  • •Tag and coordinate movement of disabled vehicles from staging area; enter vehicle data into the data management system.
  • •Monitor vehicle movement through all processing within the assigned quadrant and perform lane captain duties for regular/highline sales lanes, leading bulk/staging/EV crew as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related work experience, or a degree/certification with 1 year of related work experience, or 5 years of related work experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to drive safely.

  • •Ability to perform vehicle check-in, including applying identification stickers/labels and entering vehicle identification into company systems.
  • •Ability to conduct scanning and verify assigned inventory, and coordinate staging/order for sale.
