Job Summary

Drive ready-mix concrete to construction projects, company facilities, and customers across industrial and residential areas. Safely operate ready-mix trucks and related equipment, following supervisor instructions with limited direct supervision. Maintain accurate time and material records as needed, read project documents, and perform work with a strong safety focus, including PPE use and adherence to OSHA and/or MSHA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Transport ready-mix concrete to construction projects, company facilities, and customers.
•Operate ready-mix trucks safely and efficiently under a variety of working conditions.
•Follow supervisor instructions and handle more complicated jobs with additional guidance as needed.
•Deliver in both industrial and residential areas.
•Adhere to safety requirements and procedures, including wearing required PPE and following OSHA and/or MSHA regulations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
•Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and maintain it to state requirements.

•Must be able to read, write, do basic math for time/material records, and read blueprints or project documents.
