Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate incidents and violations of company rules and regulations by employees, including interviews and documentation of findings.
  • •Implement approved corrective guidance actions, including issuing warning letters with explanations.
  • •Coordinate employee leave requests between the mine and Head Office, ensuring compliance and timely processing of applicable payments and deductions.
  • •Follow up mine employees’ applications for exit/re-entry visas and residence permits for non-Saudi staff, including periodic status follow-ups.
  • •Handle HR operational administration such as recruitments coordination, processing termination procedures, and compiling required HR reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or equivalent.
  • •3 years’ experience in human resources.
  • •Good knowledge of English.
