Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, recruit, and develop the local search operation team to maintain high standards and quality.
  • •Ensure services are delivered in line with TikTok core values, policies, and procedures.
  • •Drive localization of policy/process/strategies, including BPO quality management, quality assurance, RCA, and data analysis.
  • •Continuously evaluate outcomes, manage performance, and optimize workflow and SOPs to meet productivity, quality, and efficiency goals.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (product and R&D) to optimize search strategies and improve user search experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in quality management in a major tech or media company.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience as a Team Lead/Content Manager/Technical Lead.
  • •Strong people management skills, currently managing large teams with diverse skills.
  • •General knowledge of Search Engineering/search engines and search-related strategies, with English proficiency required.
