Support TikTok’s Global Business Solutions (TikTok for Business) brand partnership team through short, impactful projects. Key Responsibilities

•Support the sales team with activities that deepen partnerships and grow revenue across multiple industries.
•Assist across the sales lifecycle, including research, analytics, presentation preparation, client onboarding, basic campaign execution, and daily performance monitoring.
•Monitor ad compliance to ensure advertisements follow TikTok’s advertising policies, best practices, brand safety, and compliance.
•Build one-pagers by identifying client challenges and developing scalable solutions and go-to-market strategy ideas.
•Coordinate internal projects and administrative tasks, including logistics and drafting meeting minutes with follow-up on action points.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, Communication, Economics, or a related field.
•Advanced English proficiency to communicate with international clients and colleagues.
•Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken, to manage partnerships with Chinese clients.
•Available to work at least 4 days/week for a minimum of 6 months.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
