  • •Develop and implement key operations/administration projects and lead complex operations programs using new approaches as needed.

  • •Oversee projects from inception through the full lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • •Lead cross-functional relationships, manage project workgroups, and oversee vendor/delegated/contracted performance including SLA oversight.
