General Foreman

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and workers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Monitor quality, rework minimization, and the use of valid drawings and approved shop drawings. Manage site supervision across labor, materials, and equipment to keep work on schedule and within budget, while enforcing Behavior-Based Safety and supporting HSE initiatives and incident reporting.
