Restaurant Supervisor (QA)

Oversee daily restaurant service operations to ensure smooth front-of-house delivery and excellent guest satisfaction. You’ll supervise servers, hosts, and bartenders, manage dining room flow, reservations, and cleanliness, and handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests. The role also includes training and mentoring staff, coordinating scheduling, supporting inventory and supply control, and working with kitchen teams to maintain timely food delivery and service standards.
