Index Committee Management Analyst

Support S&P DJI Index Committees by preparing meetings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring governance processes run smoothly across more than 50 committees. Facilitate quarterly rebalancings, annual methodology reviews, index launches, and methodology changes across multiple index families. Drive operational improvements using technology (including AI tools), analyze committee performance metrics via dashboards, and maintain audit trails to support compliance and best practices.
