Job Summary

As a Solutions Engineer at ElevenLabs, you will scale our voice AI platform for enterprise customers by collaborating with Account Executives, working directly with customer technical contacts, and architecting integrated solutions. You’ll craft demos, create enablement resources, build self-serve tools, and help productize common integration patterns while based in Brazil and working remotely with a global team.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
•Work directly with customer technical contacts to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
•Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value proposition.
•Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.
•Build self-service tools and documentation to empower customers to implement solutions independently.
