Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and manage financial lines claims (e.g., PI, D&O, BBB, Crime, Cyber, IMI).
  • •Provide advice and guidance to clients on reporting procedures.
  • •Analyse and review coverage issues, and negotiate with insurers.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate with equivalent experience; at least 5 years working experience in financial lines claims management or in a law firm.
  • •Experience processing and managing financial lines claims and handling reporting procedures for clients.
  • •Strong ability to understand and interpret policy wordings precisely and apply them to real claim cases.
  • •Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while staying results-oriented and accountable.
  • •Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is an added advantage).
