Key Responsibilities

  • •Load, fixture, and unload parts for the painting process.
  • •Paint, clean, attach fixtures, demask, and complete final paint touch-ups and ink stamping.
  • •Mix and apply sealant to bushings, parts, and detail components.
  • •Maintain booth and equipment and perform work from set-up sheets, manufacturing sheets, and drawings.
  • •Document actions for quality logs, communicate discrepancies, create Product Defect Sheets (PDS), and support 5S/continuous improvement, Standard Work, cross-functional training, and TPM/machine checklists as needed.

Key Requirements
