Lead complex corporate real estate and capital improvement projects across the St. Louis metropolitan area as the owner’s representative and trusted advisor. Oversee multiple concurrent capital projects from planning through closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client objectives. Own project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement strategies, risk registers, governance, and change management, while coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
