Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Lead multiple concurrent capital projects and programs, including renovations, workplace, infrastructure, and facility improvement initiatives.
  • •Manage complex projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and operational requirements.
  • •Own project planning and execution including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement strategies, and overall delivery.
  • •Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors; maintain budgets/schedules/forecasts and risk registers; facilitate meetings and communicate status, risks, and milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of project management experience in commercial real estate, corporate occupier, construction, owner’s representative, or consulting.
  • •Experience managing large, complex capital improvement, workplace, renovation, infrastructure, or facility-related projects and programs.
  • •Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • •Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and consultant management; PMP or CCM is preferred.
