Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead governance, planning, and execution oversight of strategic transformation initiatives across Allianz Services.
  • •Lead and mentor the Project Management team to ensure effective project execution, resource allocation, collaboration, and governance adherence.
  • •Manage a portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, budgets, resources, and outcomes.
  • •Establish and maintain project governance standards, including risk management, performance tracking, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree an advantage).
  • •7+ years of experience in PMO, project/program management, transformation, consulting, operations, or technology-enabled change initiatives.
  • •Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic, operational, and digital transformation projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, business process improvement, and change management.
  • •Experience with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, SAP, Workday) and certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum (advantage).
