Job Summary

•Lead and mentor the Project Management team to ensure effective project execution, resource allocation, collaboration, and governance adherence.
•Manage a portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, budgets, resources, and outcomes.
•Establish and maintain project governance standards, including risk management, performance tracking, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
•Drive stakeholder engagement and change management, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and resolving dependencies, risks, and issues for successful delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree an advantage).
•7+ years of experience in PMO, project/program management, transformation, consulting, operations, or technology-enabled change initiatives.
•Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic, operational, and digital transformation projects.
•Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, business process improvement, and change management.
•Experience with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, SAP, Workday) and certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum (advantage).
