  • •Own a product area end to end with minimal direction, framing problems and delivering grounded work across systems and user surfaces.
  • •Ground decisions in evidence and measure impact using Pendo and Dovetail; define success upfront and connect outcomes to customer and business OKRs.
  • •Drive prioritization for the area by synthesizing competing inputs from Pendo, research, and PMs into clear design deliverables.
  • •Set the standard for implementation-ready deliverables by creating and evolving templates for specs, flows, content, and edge cases tied to personas and JTBD.
  • •Introduce AI skills, agentic flows, and reusable workflows; mentor designers and keep status, decisions, and risks current in Linear.
