Deliver outstanding consumer experiences as a Sales Associate, using the C.H.A.R.M service model to support customers and drive store success. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this with consumers.
•Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Be flexible with the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
•Use a team-first approach and want to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment to and from the backroom and sales floor.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions and input information on computer/register screens.
